175RD convert table to bed?

We just got the 175RD and it was advertised as sleeping 3-4 people and the dealer told us we can convert the dinette into a bed.

The table is fixed though and screwed into the ground and legs screwed into the table top. There is no way to fold it down. If I converted the dinette into a bed id have to unscrew the table from the legs, remove the legs from the floor and then build some sort of supporting frame to lay a mattress down.

Am I missing something ?

You probably are, it all depends on the type of hardware. Just show a picture of your table hardware.

I have a 2017 175RD that I am in the process of selling.

With mine the table top and legs weren't screwed down but just really hard to pull up and apart the first couple of times. I had to pull up hard on the table top and twist the individual legs to disconnect from table. Not saying yours aren't screwed just telling how mine were.

Forgot to mention that once you have the legs off, you take the table top and lower it down to rest on the wood lip that runs at the bottom cushion level of your seating cushion benches. Then you take the back cushions and place on top of the table. It's like a jig saw puzzle putting them together. The two corner back cushions just get placed out of the way some where.

They are tight but the legs just lift out of both the floor leg holder and the table top it does not fold down

Wow really, ok so I just jam out the table top and pull out the legs with some force? Haha, ok...

I just spent some time in there over the weekend and managed to take some pictures. Anyway, here they are. But I will try just yanking out the table top next time i'm in there.

Funny, after looking at these pictures I just noticed there's another outlet under the table. Didn't even know it was there... bonus

Looks just like my table. You do not need to unscrew anything. Just pull up on the table and it should disconnect from the legs. The Legs are usually pretty tight in the floor so you need to twist them out.

you can see the lip the table top sits on in your photo. There is a plastic pin to keep it aligned on each side. On my 17FD, one corner of the table is "cut away" and so the pin for that side is at a shorter position than the pin for the long side. The table legs are tubes with plastic ends at each end. The plastic ends fit snuggly in the floor and table fittings and it just pulls apart. Just used mine this week, a couple of the "back" cushions fit on the table when it is lowered into place to complete the bed.
