2006 Jayco 165 Roof repair

My treasured trailer has a leak in the front right and has left a puddle and water damage on the forward cabinet. Took it in to the dealer and wants 7K to fix just the first 5 feet of the roof where it's leaking and replace ceiling panels.

Told him to take a ........

Started the project and have a few questions

1. How thick is the plywood that covers the styrofoam insulation? Mine is all delaminated and fall a apart when touching it so can't measure it

2. The dealer was going to replace just the first 7 feet of the roof, if I do that how do I seam the replacement rubber roof with current rubber roof.

3. The seam where the hard shell meets the roof at the front of the trailer used butyl inside the seam, not the rubber insert like the sides of the trailer, is that the standard ?

I will post some pictures. All help is really appreciated.

Luckily I didn't have a roof problem, to find the decking thicknesses remove the air conditioner cover. EPDM or TPO material can be lapped and sealed. You can find youtube videos on it.

Or remove trim ring on the bathroom ceiling vent.
