2006 Jayco Featherlite Floor Problem

Our floor on this travel trailer is spongy and weak, had it looked at professionally, it is not water damage. Jayco says it happens when they cut out for heat registers, less support. Any similiar experiences with Jayco?

I have read of others where the floor has de-laminated. We have owned our "07" 30U since 07 "first owners" and have not seen this ourselves.
