2007 x213 Fuse Panel Location?

Just picked up a 2007 Jay Feather x213 and can't seem to find any kind of fuse panel or 12 volt disconnect. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

The 120VAC Circuit Breakers and the 12VDC Fuse Panel should in this black panel neat the floor under the slide-out bed seen in this photo...
