We just traded our 2012 Swift, and were told the floor is soft (to the point where the dealer discounted our trade rather harshly). The floor is OSB, not plywood and not foam. It is topped with vinyl sheet flooring. Our worst area was in the washroom (over the tanks) and to a lesser extent in front of the washroom in the busy area of galley and cupboards.
We picked up a 2017 Jay Feather. Walls are vacu-formed panels, but the floor looks about the same as in the Swift. So we need to pay attention to it.
Sadly, the idea that a kid jumping would damage the floor seems entirely plausible.
