2013 Jay Feather 23M vs. 2014 White Hawk 23MBH vs. White Hawk "Caravan Edition"

Not sure, but it seems that Jayco has moved the 23M model from their Jay Flight series to the White Hawk (23MBH) in 2014. But I also find the 2014 White Hawk has both the 23MBH and the 23MBH "Caravan Edition". Does anyone know the difference between the 2013 and two 2014 versions? Problem I'm finding is the Dealers don't seem to have the 2014 brochures yet and I can't get them online. Thank you.

Jayco simply dropped the Caravan Edition "title"

I spoke with Judy in Jayco Sales today. She told me the "Caravan Edition" title was used initially when the 23M Ultra Lite, Jay Feather was moved to the White Hawk line in 2014. Apparently Jayco then surveyed their Dealers and it was decided the title didn't offer anything to the line, so they dropped the title. Judy told me there's essentially no difference between the current 2014 23MBH White Hawk's and the early 2014 White Hawk "Caravan Editions". However, my wife noticed some 23MBH White Hawks have lighter counter tops so it appears that Jayco went to this lighter color when they dropped the "Caravan Edition" title. If anyone is aware of any other differences please let us know. Thank you.

I love that they put a bigger fresh water tank in the 23MBH! 22.5 gallons in the JayFeather 23M was just a joke for a trailer that size!

We found a 23MBH for $19,995 "IF" they total out our camper from tree damage, which I doubt, we're going to buy it!

A Dealer in CT gave me the following list of changes between the 2013 23M and the 2014 23MBH: sofa style, aluminum wheels, wide tracking axles, larger water tanks, better steel frame, utility lighting, tub surround and medicine cabinet.

I have been trying to locate this floor plan in Michigan and it is no where to be found, seems like it would work out great for when we want to take the Grandkids, for you who have seen this model what do you think?

We have 2 kids who will be using the bunk beds so I think it would work great for you as well. We had considered the 213 model, but the 23MBH is slightly longer and has the added feature of a couch that can be used during the day (at night a queen size Murphy bed folds down over it). If you go to YouTube you can see a video of the "2014 White Hawk 23MBH". Also search Google for this same model and you'll find a dealer who's selling one; likely they'll include the floor plan with their photos. Good luck.

How much outside storage is their on the 23m or 23mbh, I see the doors on the outside and on the rear of the trailer but have seen no pictures to show how deep or wide the areas are

Thanks

Hchunter, I have the 2013 23m and without giving exact dimensions I would estimate the back storage about 3'x3' and about 30" tall to the bottom of the lower bunk. The front two cubbies are approx 16" deep 24 wide and at least 24" tall. Gives descent storage areas for lots of accessories hardware and basics for setting up, hooking up and all the components needed for outside living, well definitely not a grill but. This trailer is fantastic and fits the bill well for a family of four and makes for camping in style with ample room.
