2016 Whitehawk Electric problem

Just went out to hook up to take my Whitehawk to winter storage. Electric tongue jack (along with anything else in the camper that is 12 volt) does not work. Jack does work when hooked up to shore power. Also works when hooked up to my truck. Checked the battery and it is charged.
Any suggestions, Getting ready to dive into the owners manual as well.

You might check the 30 amp fuse located near your battery box.

Guys, did exactly what you suggested and this problem is solved. Thank you very much. I'm not good with chasing down electrical problems so what a relief to find out it was something so simple. Just makes me curious as to why it would have blown this fuse though. Anyway, it's working so thanks for the help, much appreciated.

The two most common reasons that this fuse blows is either momentarily hooking the battery up backwards or running the tongue jack to either limit. Don't ask me how I know.

Now that you know, and you have spare 30amp fuses, deliberately run the jack up until it blows the fuse, and then make a mark on the shaft to serve as an indicator for when to turn off the switch.

Ya know, that's just one of those weird trailer issues. The same thing happened to us on one of our early shakedown cruises. Luckily, I remembered having read about it here or may saw it on Youtube. Got a fuse, installed it, crossed fingers, and good to go. So strange that there isn't some sort of built in limiter or even a sticker that says "warning, bla bla bla". This is an issue that appears on this forum constantly.

Never have hooked the battery up backwards and have never ran the jack to max up or down. The shaft has red warning lines on it to let you know when you are getting close. Have always stopped way prior to the lines.
