2018 174bh Axle

Anyone know the measurements of these 3,500 lb axles off hand.

Center of spring perch to spring perch, hub face to hub face, and the eye to eye measurements on the springs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The axle manufacture will be either Dexter Axle or Lippert (LCI) Axle...., but I don't have any dimensional install/set-up information..., and they may differ.

I do know that both Lippert & Dexter manufacture web sites have an in-depth axle product manual/document archive for customer downloading. Having the axle identification data from the axle tag may be helpful.

Here's a start:

Lippert: https://support.lci1.com/spring-axles

Dexter: https://www.dexteraxle.com/resources...ags/Light-Duty

Thanks Bob. I actually do have the axle tag but have been unable to find anything useful on the lippert website with it. It seems like this axle Jayco used was an oddball.
The measurements I'm getting from my axle are not really jiving with anything lippert or dexter has available off the thshelf.
Here's the tag if that can help anyone help me.

I checked the same Lippert data tag on my 3,500lb axles (dual) stamped with a Lippert manufacture date of 8/23/17......., and none of the numerical data on my tag matches yours.

My 3,500lb axle data tag:

My data tag states: LCI35 - SBSA - 86 - 68.5 - NOSP - ..........

Your data tag states: LCI35 - SBSA - 77.5 - 59.5 - NOSP - ..........

In your case I "believe" the 'Hub Face' is 77.5 inches and the 'Spring Center' is 59.5 inches.

Your 174BH is a 7ft wide TT and my 24RBS is a 8ft wide TT..., so I guess the 'data tag' differences makes sense.

I'd give Lippert a call.., technical support is usually pretty good in confirming specific information.

Thanks Bob. You were right Lippert was actually pretty helpful and the measurements on the axle tag are accurate.

Hub face to hub face: 77.5"

Center of spring perch to center of spring perch: 59.5"

Leaf spring from eye to eye under load: 26"

The springs are 1,750 lb capacity.

These axles also come overslung from the factory.

Bolt pattern: 5x4.5

Finished beam part#- V000464158

These are definitely not off of the shelf axles and would have to be special ordered.
