20MRB shower leak questions

Anybody had any experience with a leaking shower pan (I think) on their ultra light trailers? Its nearing the end of the warranty so I'm taking it back to have it repaired.. Is it possible to add additional support under warranty to fix this problem? We think its the weight causing the problem.. doesn't seem to leak with me but does with my significant other.

Never filed a warranty claim. Anything I should know or be prepared for?

I didn't have a leak but but I did have flex and when I opened the access panel I found that Jayco not only cut the vinyl but they also removed a chunk of flooring big enough to put my whole hand into. If they did the same to yours and you could have water that's pooled up in there then you could have a whole section of floor that's rotted out. Check that section yourself .

Actually appears to run along the floor of the wall with the thermostat and over to the pantry wall in the kitchen. Only a little is visible but enough to know something is not right.
