25rb

I just bought a 2021 jayfeather 25RB. When I retract the slide out the flooring bunches up against the sink cabinet. My dealer says there's nothing that can be done, but I find it hard to believe that Jayco designed it this way. I have begun the process of contacting Jayco but I wanted to see if anyone has experienced a similar problem.

No experience, but my next step would be with the dealer owner. They should be better than that, then try to deal with Jayco.

Wow! Who missed that?????
Somewhat simple remedy, cut and hem just the corner or straight cut all the way across.

Mine does the same thing, but I bend it up before it hits the cabinet. It wont last forever doing this for sure.

I know it doesn't seem proper, but when my customers bring these type of issues to my attention I tell them that Jayco has over 60 engineers, who are alot smarter than me, and I'm sure they're aware of this. If it becomes too much of an issue I'm confident Jayco will rectify it. This type of flooring sure beats carpet though,,,doesn't it?

IMO totally unacceptable, especially with a vinyl material.

Was this problem an issue on the 25RB Jay Feather during the 2019 and 2020 model years?

I wonder if the 2021 25RB model year represents the first time "vinyl" was utilized in lieu of carpet?
