I personally like this floor plan as I think it's a nice couples' trailer, plus it is a size that my TV could handle without any problems. But it seems there is no "perfect" TT, as you gotta give something to get something it seems.

And as the ol' saying goes..... If Momma aint happy, aint nobody happy

Not to worry on the height problem, wife is 5'1" and no problem on the cabinets. We use the storage area to the right of the rear door entrance for pots and pans. Plenty of storage space available throughout. The overhead kitchen cabinets I made shelves to divide the cabinets in half. We do not use them microwave oven so that is another storage area for us. There is plenty of space for under the bed storage and under the benches in the dining area. Also I like the pass through storage in out side front. Also consider the location of the fresh water inlets and the handy flush for the black tank.
Look closely at the whole rig and you will see many feature included that many trailers do not have.

We love our 27DSRL. Wife is a little over 5' and is ok with overhead cabinets, way better than in our stick house. Lots of space in the pass thru. Keep pots and pans in the cabinet by the rear door. Lots of storage in the bath area.

Have made several mods, Fantastic vent, new faucet in bath, digital thermostat and a Progressive EMS with a detachable power cord and smaller stuff such as a towel rack to the right of the bathroom sink, more clothes hooks.

Have 39" TV in living area and 24" with built in DVD in bedroom.

The overhead lighting to too bright in most trailers, so have lamps on dining table and rear table bolted down with dimmers and other lighting in bedroom and living area with dimmers.

What brand of 39" TV did you use to replace in the living area? And did you use the existing mounting bracket?

That is where we store our pots and pans.

Answer to jamer. Is a Vizio non smart TV purchased in 2013. It is on a stand and is not mounted to the wall. It is not a replacement as the trailer did not come with any tvs.

I measured the available space and bought it from Sams. It just fits. Works ok and has a great picture, but a rather clunky user interface. I would not get another Vizio since all my other tvs are Samsung (except a 24" Toshiba with a DVD player builtin, for the trailer bedroom.) I think 39" tvs are hard to find in 2016 and the current Samsung 40" is just a little to big for the space.

That is our model as well. We went with the dinette rather than the table and chairs for the extra storage. We have had it a year and a half and have had almost no issues. The fit and finish issues we did encounter were easily self-repaired. We have had no buyer's remorse on this one.

Sadden by the fact that the 40" Samsung would not fit the opening the the 27 DSRL so I had to settle for the Smart Vizio 39" which does fit and can use the existing wall mount. Have a 28" vizio sound bar attached via optical and it is on the floor under the cabinet. So far all looks and sounds great! Going to add a Polk subwoofer to this set up. Only doing this because we plan on using the TT a whole bunch in the very near future. Wife and I retiring in Dec. 2016 than real travel begins.
