adding a gate valve to slx: ABS or PVC pipe?

I'm adding a gate valve so I can empty my grey water tank without emptying my black water tank first. I got the valve and 2 flanges from valterra, what are they made of? is the pipe from the tank ABS? abs glue will work?

If it is black it is ABS.
