So first things first. If you unscrew the hose from the side of trailer and turn on the water are you getting flow (i.e. has the CG actually turned on the water yet?) No flow there and you want to be talking to the CG management, or checking for an additional shutoff valve.
If water is presenting at the end of the hose, you are likely going through a water filter and pressure regulator. Hook these up, and see if you get decent flow. Next up is the back flow preventer which is usually just underneath the screen on city water connection to the side of the camper. Pop off the screen and make sure it is operating. If you push the little button, and there is pressure inside, a but of water will spurt back at you.
If your system has a water control station with two valves (I don't think your model has one), they have to be in the correct position to allow water to flow into the main system. Check your owners manual to understand the required valve positions, they may have been left in the winterize position. If you don't have a water station, disregard this.
I'm sure there may be other things to check, but with most trailers, there isn't much to go wrong once your city water is hooked up, aside from leaks.
