[QUOTE][The Service Mgr. again contracted Jayco and worked with his techs until they came up with an idea to permanently lift the front of the AC unit. So far so good!! /QUOTE]

How did they do this?

Also, by "front" of the AC are you referring to inside the trailer?

Thanks,
Paul

Hi Paul,

They used washers to permanetly lift the front of the unit (inside the trailer). Crazy as it sounds the last time it leaked while we were camping we loosened the plastic frame surrounding the unit outside of the trailer and shimmed two screwdrivers underneath which allowed the condensation to flow outside and not build up and overflow inside the trailer.

funny you say they used washers.

Thats what I did, I took the wood trim off that surrounds the control side of the ac unit. from there I pried up on the unit and placed a small stack of washers in the middle and then left and right sides.

last week we had it running all weekend and water was seen frequently pouring out the side of the trailer. When turned off, even more would flow.

Seems to have fixed the problem.
