Can a sky light and ladder be added to a Whitehawk ??

Have a 2013 24RBS WhiteHawk . Would like to have a skylight in the kitchen and roof ladder on the back. Can these be cut in / added to the TT without damage ???

Ladder is a fairly easy DIY project, just purchase the ladder and research the forums for mounting help. The skylight I would NOT do. Maybe its just me, but cutting a big [skylights are typically larger than the 14x14" vents] hole in my roof opens a whole can of worms with the biggest being water leaks and others [hidden wiring, roof struts, and heat/AC loss. I'd open the blinds on those big windows and turn on the closest overhead lite.

I have not done either because the TT is in storage and snowed in. Unless I can be 100% sure that I won't cut into something and cause damage to the unit , I won't do either.

I wouldn't add the skylight, because in the hot summer it adds a tremendous amount of heat to our bathroom where we currently have a skylight. Now a vent with a cover I would love in the main living cabin.
