Can you identify this plug?

This is a plug at the front of the trailer on the tongue. It is attached to the frame near a power junction box. I have not had a chance to see if there is any power on it.

This is a new-to-us x213. It had a power tongue jack on it, but the previous owner removed it (I'm 99% sure this is not for that, as there was another cut-off 12v power cable that I assume came with the tongue jack). It also looks to be too small a gauge for the tongue jack.

Any thoughts?

In 2016 they were offering Sway Command and if I remember correctly they were recalled and discontinued.

OK... Makes sense. There is a sticker on the side for Sway Command, so that must be what it is then.
