Changing out Mattress on a 212QB

We have a 175RD bought to be pulled by a 2017 Toyota Highlander. We flipped into a 2017 F150 (fully loaded w Tow). We're considering the 212QB, big brother of the 175Rd. Question: Can a full size Queen Mattress fit to replace the TT smaller Queen and if so, what Mods are needed?

I replied in the other thread also.

We flipped the stock mattress with the 8" Zinus from Amazon and have been very happy with it. It's the RV Short Queen. There is not much room between the end of the bed and the bathroom wall to walk around to the left side of the bed and a full queen may close that off entirely. The additional 6 inches in length may make it very tight (I don't have the trailer handy to measure).

I am 6'3" and 250# and my DW and myself have no issues on the short queen.

Thanks but but my feet hang over the TT SMALLER mattress and yet, that 212QB is our next flip. Today we go to a RV show at Cal Expo... Sacramento. I guess we'll bring a tape measure. Our 175RD has a 8 inch foam memory, we replaced Jayco (matress) lolol if to call it that, but not a fan. We want a good old house mattress, just worried about the fit.

The tape measure is a great idea, it's the only way to be sure.

We got the trailer last fall and it's been a fantastic first summer with it.

I have a new (leftover) 2019 Jayco White Hawk 23MRB. Since I tow it with a Super Duty F250 my feet hang over the edge of the bed but it's ok.
I may need to add a blanket down the road when it gets to 0.
