Had mine done under warranty, dealer replaced it with a Atwood 3500. This one operates a lot quicker than the OEM one that crapped out. Fortunately I had my socket set with me to operate it manually. Apparently there was supposed to be a crank handle that was supposed to come with the trailer. The new one came with a new handle.
Having mine replaced under warranty. Less than a year old. The o-ring under the bubble level was cut in 2 becuase is was mis-aligned under the level. It let water in and it seems to go right for the motor. Started sounding like grinding too until it died. To be honest, I liked using the hand crank better as I can raise and lower the trailer faster with the hand crank. We will see how the replacement jack is. Maybe it will be better than the original.
