Do NOT get the Carefree of Colorado room they are made too cheap... esp if you have an electric awning. I have both rooms one from Carefree and one called Pat-e-o room the carefree room failed the first season I used it... the other is still going strong. VERY IMPORTANT.. if you have an electric awning get some short trucker jack poles and put one up on each end of the awning with the base staked to the ground and the top strapped to the roller tube.. This will prevent any movement in the awning if wind should come up.. they take too long to take down and are too cumbersome to put up and down often.

We just use a screened in room that we place over the picnic table keeping it close to the awning area.
