Hummingbird 17RB condensation in camper

Ok. I tried search but couldn’t find anyone else with the same issue. I have a 1yr old HB 17RB and with the head and humidity here in West Texas the A/C unit has started dripping water in to the floor from the left side. Both inside filters are clean and it’s dripping through the left filter. I haven’t gotten on the roof yet because I’m out in the sticks and I have every tool but a ladder [emoji849]. Does anyone else have this issue and what was your fix. I figure the drain pan either is plugged or is not plumbed properly. I’m up for ideas or suggestions before I try to climb on the roof like Spider-Man [emoji23]🤣[emoji23]

Ok. So after a little investigation I located all 4 black bolts behind the filter screens were loose. One of them was unscrewed about an inch. So I tightened all 4 and ran the AC on max for over an hour and no leak. So this seems to be the fix for my leak

Glad you fixed it! I'll have to keep a eye out on mine. So far AC is working great

Is your AC roof mount or window unit?

If it is a window unit could you explain where the bolts are and what you did (took apart) to get to them?

If roof you might search a bit as I have heard of others (I have a window type AC) who have had bolt and/or seal failures and you might look them up for future reference

When I recently converted from unit-mounted controls to a wall-mounted thermostat I found that all four bolts were loose on our as well....
