jack bent on x17z

Hey guys. I parked my trailer on the extra parking pad that was unleveled. It was leaning to one side. I bent two of the jacks on the right side (when you're looking from the front). The warranty does not cover the jacks. I have some questions for future reference.

Is it easy to replace the jacks myself or do you have any tips you can give me? and should I replace the jacks or the will do their job for a little while.?

I already leveled the parking pad somewhat but for future reference: Can the trailer sit on the wheels when it's not in use or should I add leveling blocks under the wheels as well?
