Jayco 17 Ex-Port Seam issues

Last year I was getting my Ultra light ready for camping and i noted that where the seam meets the corner that there was a rip or tear in it about an 1 inch long. Because i didn't have any money to spend i packed up the camper and left it sit for the year.

I now have some money to spend on repairs and i am wondering the best way t o replace the popup vinyl tent?

The dealer probably has a repair kit, or any Walmart may have a kit too
