I never found one on my 195RB but the car has one. I would suggest checking all the cheapo crimp connections under the trailer if your car lights work and you put a test lamp or meter on your car hitch plug and you have voltage there.

If your brakes are bad I bought a complete wheel set including new shoes and all parts for a decent price on ETrailer that was simple to install. I used self sealing wire connections that have built in shrink tubing that are much better than Jayco connections. A big box of 140 of many sizes for $14 on Amazon. "solder seal wire connectors" Also installed all LED lights for tail and running using them.
