large side window

My x20e has a large window above the couch that is so hard to open.
Anyone have this problem?
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Paula

we had the same problem when our unit was new. The tech at our dealer tried to lube up the window channels which helped some but he contacted Jayco since it was under warranty and they authorized him to replace the entire window unit at no cost to us. It opens much more easily now.

Silicon spray lube Paula... spray the tracks and after opening and closing the window a few times to get it worked in you should not have a problem... Then use the spray lube when it starts sticking again...
