LED Problem on tongue jack

A couple days ago I noticed the LED light on my tongue jack was on, but very dim. When I press the button to turn it off, it actually turned on bright. Turning it off brought it back to a dim light. It never had this problem before. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the light switch may be bad. Pull it apart and remove the wire to see if the light goes out, should be easy to find a replacement switch

Thanks! I'll give that a try. Looks like it has about 8 screws holding it together.

Check out the ground wire for corrosion. It may be the easier solution before taking it apart.

I would use a blast of air first. See if some condensation formed inside. If that doesn't work, follow the wisdom above.

Thanks all. I'll try all the above, starting with drying out the connections.
