Looking to add store bought drawers and shelves, what did you do??

Hello,

I recently purchased a Jay Flight SLX 175RD that has sufficient cabinets for me but none of the cabinets contain drawers or shelves. I have no carpentry skills so I'm not looking for DIY wood projects for adding drawers but rather inexpensive off the shelf store purchased solutions that work in the Jayco lightweight trailer cabinets. If you have a picture or link it would also be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I posted here rather than mods since I'm looking for solutions targeted for smaller, light weight units.

My starting point is usually some kind of stand alone wire shelving from Lowes or HD.

I have the same trailer and was amazed there were no drawers at all. So, I went to Amazon and bought three Add-A-Drawers. I mounted a deep one under the overhead cabinet to the left of the sink, one under the "shirt locker" above the night stand and a very shallow one for silverware under the dinning table. The one under the dinning table is centered between the legs and required standoffs to account for the metal ribs.

Go to WALMART. I used these in both our SENECA and now the PINNACLE.

Maybe something like this will work, its a pull out shelf like you would find in house kitchen cabinets. Easy to install, only one drawer guide rail on each side, will have to measure for correct size. https://www.amazon.com/EXPANDABLE-PU...roll+out+trays

Measure your space and then look for plastic storage boxes that fit the available space when stacked up. That's what we did in our Skylark. We can take the boxes in the house and pack what we need for the trip and then stack them in the storage areas. It keeps things organized and makes the most of the available space.
