Micro feather 166fbs glacier package

I’ve recently purchased the 166fbs. It came with the Glacier Package. When I asked what that is during orientation I was told it meant heated tanks. In an early post on the glacier package on a White Hawk they we’re talking about different insulation and sealed underbelly. Is it the same for the 166fbs? How do you turn the heated tank pads on? What are my limits as far as winter camping? Is the underbelly heated? Any enlightenment would be appreciated. I’m very green when it comes to owning a camper .
