Congrats! They are a great TT. We are close to you in West Panorama Ridge. Bought our 2012 X213 from Traveland in Langley just a few months ago.

Hi Bruce, congrats on your new TT, Panorama Ridge was an area we looked at a couple years ago before we decided to buy our house in Langley after selling in Richmond. We bought ours at Traveland as well. They did a great job setting up the wdh and orientation with our trailer and were very through. Only found a couple small issues that were repaired on the spot. Going up to Alice lake in June....lucked out getting a weekend up there.

Thanks everyone, we love ours, itching to get the cover off and de-winterized. I am going to bring it in to my friend who owns a RV shop to have the wheel bearings serviced and brakes checked before this season. We will be making our first weekend trip in May up at Golden Ears Park

Yeah, I would have too except that I had a huge workload at work to contend with. It was mild enough to go out in February which was awesome but I am afraid with the mild winter we had...there is going to be a price to pay in terms of campfires....I can see restrictions or bans. We do have t a propane fire pit for back up.

Lucky to get an Alice Lake site. We have property in Birken (30 minutes north of Pemberton and some holidays coming up. Will probably head to Birkenhead Prov Park for a few days.

I have already added an AC FW tank heater and am looking at adding insulation underneath. We have camped twice since purchase and the nights were down to -5C. The furnace cycled all night but we were warm.

Cheers.

The perfect floor plan IMHO. I wish they made it in the Jayflight. We looked real close at the trailer last weekend, but we just got our 20BH paid off, and are enjoying no payments. Only thing I don't like about that trailer is that there's no screen door or window on the bike compartment door. It'd be perfect then. I can just see my kids baking back there with no cross breeze.

Do you have to take the table down when you slide the front bed in? Nice rig-- I'm green with envy.

Yes, the table need to be stowed and cushions as well, we dry camp a lot and have had no issues so far for temps in the bunk end Having a powered site in June, we will have the use of the AC. We love our rig too, so does my neighbour....he was drooling over it and though hat it perfect for his family too...he had just finished selling his hybrid.

I agree it is the perfect floor plan. So comfortable to lounge at the couch or dinette. Four adults can sit around for hours. We looked at so many floor plans where the couch is completely "disconnected" from the dinette.

BCx213, are you using 2 6V batteries? We have the single 12V and rely much on our Yamaha is1000 generator, which is a great little power plant.

I am still on 12 volt group 27 battery when I replaced the original group 24 that came with the trailer. I carry that one as a spare but I also have a Champion 3100 invertor genny. I would like to make a new bracket to be able to install 2 6 volts since we mainly dry camp....most often you will see us up at Golden Ears

The spare tire holder is part of the battery bracket, so I cut that piece off and made a new battery bracket for my two six volts behind the propane tanks. I also had to move the propane tanks forward, but the plus side is that now my equalizer mounts can fit in the correct position.

I will have to look more closely at it, did you remove the spare tire? My WDH bars fit perfectly right now where they mounted to the frame.

I changed from the single tank it came with to two tanks and the base of the tank holder got in the way of the WDH bars a bit.
Spare tire is still there. I just cut the rear angle iron off the battery tray and kept it in place as the spare tire support. I used longer angle irons to extend the base of the battery tray and fitted it behind the Lp tanks. There is not enough space to fit the batteries inside the A frame, so they just sit on top
