New 2014 X23B

We just received our new hybrid trailer (1st time owners) on Tue. We paid just over $20k with a bunch of upgrades and 7 yr warranty included. We picked it up yesterday and already on our maiden voyage this weekend! Here are some pics:

Super nice camper! I'm guessing if you are taking it out this weekend it is a little warming than the -8 degrees it was in the Boston area this morning!

We are in SoCal, high of 75 this weekend. A little warmer than the rest of the country outside of Fla!

Ice, that's NICE!
We love our 23B and tho we're shopping for a 5th I know I'll miss the convenience of such a simple TT.
You folks in SoCal seem to be hoggin the nice weather for the upcoming week. C'mon, share.

I would really love that size of trailer. It has a nice layout inside and doesn't appear to look too bad on wind drag with the height of the trailer for better gas mileage pulling it.

Enjoy ...

Thinking about getting the X23B. How is it when cold weather camping?

We have been out in the low 20’s with no issues. When it is that cold we always have an electric site. We use an electric heater (1500W) placed on the floor or on the stove. We also have electric mattress pad heaters (very nice). When below freezing at night and above during the day, we typically do not have a water hookup. If we do we disconnect it at night and fill the FW tank. If you do not disconnect the hose when below freezing, the hose will freeze and burst. I also keep the cabinet doors ajar that have water pipes in them just to ensure they cannot freeze, as the insulation may or may not be all that greet in places like the back wall.

We just brought home our X23B, and love reading how everyone is so happy with theirs! Haven't yet taken it out, just waiting for weather to improve a little. This is our very first trailer ever. We have camped for years in a tent, so this is a HUGE change!
