No Power despite Solar Panel Monitor reading battery charged

Hi, I have a 100 W solar panel on my Jayco Swift Baja. Had the trailer for about 5 years. Replace battery about a year ago. After sitting outside in storage for 7 months with Solar panel charging the battery I went to check on trailer as we are heading out in about 2 weeks to go boon-docking. The solar system monitor panel showed the battery was charged, but I can't turn anything on inside. All fuses appear to be good.

Any suggestions an what I should look for?

Is there a battery cut off switch between the camper and the battery?

Is the fuse from the battery to the camper good?

Did you measure the battery with a meter to verify?

Do you have a solar regulator? Remember, you are outside, the panel is working, so you have juice going to the batteries, and eventually everything else. I currently have all the wiring torn out from the TV plug to the box on the front crossmember. I have found a loose wire nut, bad ground, at least one wire splice not properly made. And the crimps on the hot battery lead literally came apart when I changed the 12v battery in May. The hot lead to the brakes wasn't secured in the crimp....fixing all that.
