That's great to hear that Jayco is stepping up and replacing your roof! While I would agree that QC seems to have slipped recently (maybe due to the increased demand for RV's across the industry) it's good to know that Jayco is standing behind their product and honoring their warranty. We've always been very happy with Jayco's response to resolving any issue that came up during the warranty period. But, just to be safe, make sure you keep a repair log/journal and keep a file folder with all your dealer invoices should you need anything for future reference!
