Slide out issue

We have a Jayfeather 29n and recently I noticed that the kitchen counter appears to be out of level from the rest of the trailer.
the refer and the area at tv are level but the sink and stove counter are lower toward the outside of the slide. if cooking or using the counter everything runs toward the outside.

The slide is fully extended so thats not the issue . This seems to be a new issue as we are the original owners and have not noticed this until lately.

Any idea?

I would have to assume that folks that read it don't have an answer for you. Also understand that the Ultra Lite area is not as heavily viewed as some of the other forums. If you would like, I am happy to move your post to the General Travel Trailer forum and see if you get better response.

I think that is something you will need "the shop" to look at for you... most people do not have the tools/ability to make that kind of correction.

I just noticed that your title is about a "slide out issue", but your inquiry involves the counter top. Did you mean for this to have the slide out title? With a new title specific to your issue, and a move to the Jayco Problems forum, I'm thinkin' you might have better luck. I will move it and change the title.... let me know what you wish the title to be (my post will disappear once I move the thread)

I have the 28u travel trailer which is very similar in many ways. I am wondering if the lower part of your slide out is not extended as far as the top part of your slide out? Check the contoller to see if it is showing any errors? This would or could account for the problem you mentioned. I'm not even sure if it is possible to extend the top farther than the bottom but if something was in the way under the couch it might block the lower part of the slide out from extending all the way. You could possibly ask check this and report back and we could go from there. I've had issues with my slide and the tech who worked on it had to speak with someone from Jayco for advisement. I'm not confident the tech got it right. It still sounds like its only by luck it makes it out.
