Swift 184BH External Propane Hook up?

I cannot find a pic of a 184BH anywhere that shows if there is a propane hook up outside to be used with a BBQ? I am guessing there is not as the trailer does not come with a BBQ.

Can any owners out there confirm, and, is there a way to retro fit one?

I do not have one on my 184BH. I'm sure with the proper equipment one could be added, there is always a way.

I noticed that on my 185rb that there is a spare port on the gas junction box on the bottom of the trailer. I plan to use it by running another gas line.

Propane Tee

I have been thinking about buying the Camco 59133 RV Tee. I think it fits your bill.

Thanks for the replies. I have since looked at one and I see the same square box with the 2 ports on it, one feeding the line to the stove. It almost looks like I could a line to the other port, as if it was designed to do just this for an external stove. Let me know if you try ti one yours Z06.

I pickup my 184BH on Thursday!!

About a month after I got my camper I couldn't get any propane to the system. I started in the middle checking all the plumbing. It was easy to take off and put back together. Just simple pipes. As it turned out, the bise behind the regulator had gotten so hot, some of the glue had remelted and sealed it up. A quick pass with some bailing wire and some compressed air fixed it right up! Well without making a short story long, I dont see that adding in an additional piece of plumbing to add the fixture at your favorite place to grill would be a big deal. IMHO it should have this built in (just like the cable outlet should have been built in).

Honestly though, for me, the one pound bottles are not a bid deal to keep a couple of them stocked.

Stran, thanks I like the look of the tee connector paired with a long hose.
