  1. WDH pry bar
  2. Rubber mallet
  3. Ryobi 18-Volt ONE + Lithium-ion tool-set: drill, air compressor, battery charger
  4. Level
  5. Kneeling mat

1. Air compressor
2. Multitool (a good quality one such as a Sog)
3. Multimeter
4. Tool kit to include all standard tools
5. Socket set to include metric

1) 18v drill/screwgun with assorted bit kit
2) Leatherman
3) Multi-meter
4) Lowe's 72 piece Tool Kit (it's a single kit, so I'll count it as a single tool!
5) Folding step ladder
