so add up your weight and all the things you will carry... then go look at the yellow sticker in the door pillar it will tell you your payload. That number is the most important number...

trailer is 4k * .12 = 480lbs to 500lbs tongue weight
you and yours 300lbs
dog, cat, food beer, etc.. 200lbs?

that adds up to 1k lbs the payload needs to be at least that you can pull allot but you cannot necessarily carry allot
