Traded our 197 for 197 with pull-out today!

My wife had never been out on a tour in our little 197, so I convinced her to come for a short two-night tour. Away we went, and stayed at Yorkton Wal-mart the first night and Brandon Wal-mart the 2nd night. On the way home, we stopped in at Four Seasons at Virden, MB, "just to have a look to see if they might have a small trailer with a pull-out". Yeah. They had a 2012 197 with a pull-out, and it was love at first sight!

What a huge, huge difference in the interior between our 2008 and this one. We made a deal and were on our way by 5. Of course, we paid a fair bit of difference, but the difference in the interior will make it much more agreeable to use for both of us.

So, I guess I can change my sig line now!! Anyone else have one? Any comments, good or otherwise?

My wife and I slept in the trailer in the back yard last night. We spent part of the evening tinkering with stuff. I put up a couple of light towel racks in the bathroom, mounted a little dust vacuum, rummaged around in the huge storage space under the bed, wired in a small inverter to power a computer and MiFi doohinkey, and other little jobs.

Will be adding another battery. I have two in the old Sub, and with another on the TT, I won't be worried about running out of 12v juice. I am going to look into LED light bulbs for inside.

I scored a nice 20v 1/2" impact wrench at Canadian Tire, to be used raising and lowering the stabilizers.

We also have the 197 w/slide. Love it. I am sure you will too. Enjoy!
