Truma Combi Furnace/Water Heater

Has anyone on here swapped out their water heater and furnace in their Jay Flights? If so, what's the good, bad and ugly about the swap?
We are not a fan of how loud the stock furnace is in our 175RD. We were thinking that the Truma Combi would eventually be a nice upgrade. Another plus: we'd gain some storage space where the existing furnace now lives.
