How do you know? Did you test with a multimeter from the frame to the negative post on the battery?

Bad Groundp

Had the same occur on a previous TT. Source was a bad ground. Mine had a ground wire attached to the A-Frame of the hitch hardware. Once i tightened things up the problem went away.

I second the bad ground. Had the same thing happen once and bad ground in shore power was the problem.
