TV mount in X213

Any ideas as to whether or not the TV shelf could take a wall mount. It would be nice to leave it mounted vs sitting on the bed during movement.

??? Yours did not come with a mount? The mount in ours is screwed to the TV shelf.

We did not take the TV option so the shelf has only the electrical and electronics stuff. No mount. Does your mount go on the wall or on the shelf?

Our mount is on the shelf and it has a locking position for the TV for use during travel. Ours is a 2015 and they changed it later that year to be a wall mount and they ditched the shelf.

Best Buy carries a mount that will mount to a stud so I mounted to the outside corner above the shelf. I believe I used a 22 inch TV

Thanks everyone for your comments. Looks as though Jayco made several changes over the model years. My solution is to simply bolt the stand to the shelf since the shelf has a second "backer" board under the top. My tv fills the space so getting the bolt in the back of the TV was a bit of a trick.

I took out the original wood screws thàt held our TV mount on the shelf and switched to long bolts with wing nuts, makes it easy to remove the TV for winter storage. I also found a pivoting bracket to add to the mount that allows for tilting the screen up and down for better viewing angles.
