I would also check that your roof vents seal properly.

We have the 28dsbh as well and had water all over the place our second trip out. We found the bathroom faucet water lines were loose and leaking water. It came out under the fridge as well.

We have a new JayFlight 32BHDS and I have seen water leaking from under our bathroom sink (about a cup or so). Appears to be coming from one of the faucets but I can't tell exactly which one or where the source of the leak could be. Not sure how to access to check connections. Also have slow dripping from both low point drains on ground outside (one larger puddle than the other).

We are about to take the trailer to dealer to have these addressed under warranty but I sure hate to do that if these are easy fixes.

QUESTION: How to check bathroom faucet plumbing for loose connections?

Thanks,
Dave

In the Whitehawk 28dsbh you can see the water lines at the back of the vanity. Follow the lines up with your hand to were they attach to the bottom of the faucet. This were I tightened them up.

We also had a water leak when we were in Bar Harbor this summer. It turned out to be a less than perfect connection between the fresh water hose and the trailer. Believe it or not the connection was dripping outside the trailer but the water was wicking into the trailer through the trailer interface. Water is a weird, wonderful and destructive thing.

As Rustic Eagle said" check vent roof seal". Water can enter and follow the electric " ROMEX " wire that is run between the ceiling cavity and over to the side wall and run in any direction. The ROMEX runs in a raceway that acts like a gutter from one end to the other depending on trailer design. If you remove a ceiling speaker you'll see a raceway just for wires.

Update on this, After another rain storm I did verify some water is coming in at the back of the slide somewhere. I dont know if its low or high though. I have a few warranty things that need to be looked at. If I bought my unit several states away whats the best option for warranty work? Can they authorize any rv repair place to do the work?

Should be a local Jayco dealer first or call Jayco and get authorization for a local RV Store.
