Water on floor underneath the A/C unit.

Woke up to a puddle this morning. It did rain last night. We are parked on a pretty level spot. It's not do e this befor. Any ideas? Could it just be a coincidence?

Sometimes our air conditioner may freeze over during the night and this ice will melt and drip from the ceiling area. Don't know what the fix is for this as this occurs sometimes especially when it is real humid outside during the night.

This does happen very often for us...

I always try to slope my roof area just a tad to the back side of the trailer to keep the run off from coming to the front awing area. This probably helps some keeping the normal air conditioner run off water from pooling inside the top unit that might get past the roof gasket and get inside the trailer if it is not as tight as it should be...

I suppose keeping the filter cleaned is good idea as well...

Thanks guys. I will investigate both. Like I said, it did rain some and it was very humid. I will also check the A/C bolts as well!

We ran our A/C for a few hours over the week of the 4th, which was the first time for the year. I noticed some dripping on the inside, though a majority of the condensation did go on the outside as it should have. Going back to an earlier comment, the bolts on my A/C were discovered to be loose at the end of last season and fixed by the dealer.

As a follow up, I ran it again twice when I got home and it was in the driveway, and it did not leak inside.

Dirty filter + high humidity = inside water dripping from AC

Try cleaning the filter.
