In our Jay Flight 23MBH, I noticed this under the rear wardrobe:

And the water lines have what appear to be an overflow at this spot through the bottom of the unit:

Those valves are your hot and cold water low point drains....., you use them to drain the lines when you winterize the TT.

Most RV dealers overlook the low point drain valves during a PDI.
Your TT manual will have instructions on winterizing, or feel free to do a "winterizing" search here at JOF, there are a number of threads on the subject should you need some insight when the time comes.

Donald, on my maiden voyage, these were open on my rig...so as I hooked up the water....it just came pouring out the back...from those tubes. Learned my lesson quickly to find those valves and shut them.

Haha, mine was the plastic plug in the hot water heater! I'm sure it's been done many times!

Same here. Didnt open the relief valve first before pulling the plug. Spent almost an hr looking for that plug in the other side of the yard
