Unhappy white Hawk 20 mrb

We have owned our new 2014 white hawk for just one month and just noticed two strips of interior molding falling off. This has left protruding screws or nails on the front wall above and behind the murphy bed. Has anyone else experienced this problem? We have scheduled a service appt. but are not pleased with this and are disappointed to find this coming from a fine company such as Jayco.

What can I say. Every trailer has its own little issues and other manufacturers are no different. The odds of someone else having that same problem on that same trailer is probably pretty low in all honesty, but they may have other things that need to get fixed that you don't.

From what I've learned about brand new trailers - there WILL be things that need to be fixed. This is what warranty is for. A good dealership will fix the defects and flaws to your satisfaction. I know it's a tough pill to swallow when your brand new trailer that you paid good money for is having problems, but once you get the little stuff fixed up you'll forget it was ever an issue and the good times will follow!

X2

A couple of pieces of molding is pretty minor (in the broad scheme of things). A lot of folks on this site have had really serious problems with their new trailers. If you think about the issues you've had over the years with your house, it may give you a whole new perspective. Just make a list of all the issues you have with it. I'm sure you'll find your dealer more than willing to fix them all at once under warranty, so you can get back to enjoying the good life.
