White Hawk 2017 27 DSRL AC Question

We camped for the first time in high heat and humidity over Memorial weekend and the AC could not seem to keep up. I'm wondering if this is typical or not.

Outside temps were around 90 degrees and the inside was only 5 degrees cooler than the outside.

I climbed up to make sure it wasn't iced up and it wasn't.

Just wondering if this is typical or whether to have it looked at.

Unless you did an upgrade it only came with a 13,500 BTU a/c so that's probably going to be the norm. High humidity is the biggest problem.

Cover the glass windows on the outside might improve some, but the walls have their limit with insulation too. I always seek a spot where I park has some shade during the hours of 12 and 5 PM. If you want shade you can get those Army camouflage nets.
