Winter cover problem

Does anyone have a suggestion for an easy way to get the winter cover on top of my Whitehawk. It is in a large, heavy bag.

I make a "Basket" out of clothesline and tie a long rope to it. I carry the rope up the ladder to the roof and then pull the bundled cover up the side of the camper. Works for me and I cover my camper alone every year...
