X213 furnace removal

My furnace is not working.

I have read most of the general guides for how to get it working.

I replaced thermostat

Blower doesn't turn on, not sounds of furnace running.

My question is specifically for the x213, any tips on removing furnace, there is no outside access and I feel like I might have to take a wall out.

Any suggestions?

If it sits under the stove, remove stove to gain access.

It's under the fridge for sure

If it doesn't pull out, the the fridge has to come out to access.

That sounds like a manageable job

If you don't boondocks, a cheap out would be a ceramic heater, should be all you need.

If it similar to the 2013. It’s only a few screws at the front holding it. It’s held tight at the exhaust port, slip fit. I had to yank mine out last year and replaced the combustion chamber. It needed to be completely stripped, replace the chamber and then re-assembled. Take a photo of the wiring before you start pulling them off.

the furnace comes out pretty easily. Just need to disconnect the wiring (most likely will have to cut a couple and use new fasteners when you reinstall.) Just remove the panel below the fridge, and open the door on the bottom right of that wall. there Is a gas line to disconnect, and maybe 2 screws holding it into place on the platform inside this cabinet. Once that is done it should slide out the front access panel. I can't remember, but you may also need to remove the exhaust panel from the outside before it will slide out. I did so beforehand so I can't remember if it was required, or just an extra step that I did.
NOTE: Disconnect the battery and close the propane valves before working on this.

You're correct, the chrome exhaust cover/pipe assembly has to be removed first.

I suppose that would work, but this unit is ducted so offers the ability to spread that heat around a little better.
