X213 slide sagging

Our 2012 X213 read slide has sagged slightly.
Anyone know how to adjust the slide?

Is it all the way out? When you slide it out, the end should tip up when it is fully up. If you are dry camping, you may need to leave it plugged in the TV while it is running or plugged in if you have electrical. Worst case scenario, you can use the manual crank to make sure it is all the way out.

Mine is doing same thing. I tried adjusting it, and seemed to make no difference at all so I dont think I did it right.

If you lift up the cloth flap covering the end of the bed when the slide is extended and look at the end of the slide rails you should be able to tell if the slide is fully extended. The wheels inside the rails should be right up to the end of the rails. We started having the same droop after two seasons of use with our 2010 213. Jayco replaced the slide motor and upgraded the fuse circuit and we have had no problems since. BCx213 is right as well, if your battery is weak it will not be able to power the slide through the final few inches of extension that lifts the slide into a level position.

Definitely all the way out. The wheels are all the way to the end of the rails. Same with battery or shore power.
There has to be a way to do some adjustment

I dropped my rig at the dealer today for this same reason, for the second time. I'm printing this and dropping it by tomorrow.

[Hello Jayco'ers. Have an issue with our month old X213 slide. Any ideas what's up here? My wife is on the road with Miss May now.

Follow up. Apparently the slider issue was a weak battery. We shall see as we begin our long journey currently underway. Dealer was helpful with other issues as well. Have a terrific Independence Day weekend everyone.

They said it was the battery and it was within limits. Just returned from a two week trip with seven stops. No issues so far.
