Make sure the large rear bed slide is level when moving in and out. Prior to 2010 Models the slides developed a hugh angle and some where so so bad they would tear the upholstery on the couch and dinette seats...
As you notice that is one large area that may be prone to slight warping which will surely create a weather leak around the door panel seals. Needs to be inspected alot for proper sealing...
The so called bicycle storage door was also a weather leak door seal area in the early days of the X213...
We really looked at the X213 concept in 2009/2010 days and almost purchased one to get back into having hard walls on our camper... We loved the X213 which was light enough to be safely towed with the F150 truck and would fit our needs just fine for the two of us.
The 12-inch wide compartment in the storage area that runs the whole length of the front wall is the perfect spot for installing many items supporting larger batteries installed on the X213 tongue area etc...
I had all kinds of mod ideas going for the X213...
I was looking at removing the two beds in the storage area and adding a wall about two feet just inside the storage door. Then the middle area would be built into a L-desk area with hutch to support my Ham Radio setups and full computer station.
Today however we are still running the roads and off-grid camping areas with Starcraft 14R/T Popup Camper.
I think you are going to love your X-213...
