Portland RV show

Anyone going? Is this show any good? I've got to drive back to Portland this week to get my tow vehicle's turbo replaced and may stop by.

Now that I've been "full-timing" for a few weeks, I'm afraid I'll find a bunch of stuff I wish I had...

Hmmm. I'm thinking a new turbo wasn't on that list.

Yeah, it seems my diesel Colorado sucked up some ice/snow when I was stuck in a 2-day blizzard at Yellowstone. Worse places to be stuck, but apparently chunks of ice hitting a turbine spinning at 5 digits isn't good. Truck will be at the dealership while I'm at the expo.

I want something that I don't think exists-- a super B toy hauler. Or at least a class B that has room for a motorcycle. I know there are lifts that can be added to the rear, but I just don't trust that system long-term.

Have you looked at Sportsmobile? They do custom Class Bs and show 'rear garage' units on their website. We owned one (not rear garage, though) for years and were sad to sell it to buy our TT.

Thanks for the tip! I've been looking at their site for awhile, and I wish they had some super-B/B+ sizes. Either an over-cab bunk (requires height) or a bit more width. I'm pushing class C, I realize, but it can be done.

You might have to fight your way through the Antifa demonstrators.

Hope you replaced the air filter too cause that would have been destroyed.. if it wasn't it would probably be a warranty issue..
