2004 31bhs missing something?

I'm looking at buying a jayflight 31bhs with a salvage rebuilt title there are a few things I'm not sure of like there are wires in the bottom of the entertainment center that don't go to anything and there are wires located under the freezer/fridge area as well that don't go to anything

Welcome to the forum. Your first picture should be your water heater. The second picture with the grate is your furnace. It's going to be difficult to enjoy your TT w/o these.

it looks like the furnace is there but there is no grate on the bottom it has floor ducts for the heat i hasnt sure if this was just the air intake or if the blower went there. as i removed the panel on the side of the entertainment center and saw the backend of the furnace. as for the water heater so am i correct by saing the hot water gets heated by electric no the furnace?

The hot water tank can be heated by gas or electric element if it has both .
